The four Roland synths are support team behind the "Star" solo instruments. A solo instrument needs a good support and these synths are essential for adding the lushness and the width to the Crisium sound.

The JV2080 and D550 are used mainly for pads and soundscapes while the JD990 holds the Fanfare Trumpets and other special GX1 type sounds (see "Insider info"). The MKS 70 along with the modular synth, is responsible for many of the Bass parts.
