All the pages have been tested using INTERNET EXPLORER and NETSCAPE and should look smart when they are loaded. Text size is fixed so that everyone is able to see the pages in the best way. However, if you find that things look wrong, please let us know! (Click on "Email here").
If you click on the word "CRISIUM" in any image, you will be returned to the Home page. Click on pictures to see if they reveal extra information or a larger image. Sometimes you may have to wait while a music or picture file loads into your computer. While we try to keep this time to a minimum, phone connections can still take many minutes to transfer the file. |

About downloads.

1. Music for downloading is in MP3 format and is not streamed. This means that you can save the file and play it when you want to (the quality is lower than on the actual CD).
2. QUICKTIME MOVIE files take a while to load if you are on a phone connection. When you click on a "Movie" icon, a QUICKTIME screen will open ready to play the file. Simple controls for Play, Pause, Stop etc. will appear on the movie screen. 3. All downloads are free of charge. 4. All downloads are for personal use only and must not be used for any other purpose (see Legal Statements below for more information). |

1. Crisium Music wish to provide you with an excellent service. Part of this service is to protect you (and us) against problems with your purchase. If you have a problem with any aspect of your dealings with us, please let us know! We will do our best to help.
2. This site is NOT secure. We do not YET operate an online credit service. Please do not send your credit card no. or similar banking details. 3. A condition of ALL transactions is that they are governed and executed under English law.4. Any faulty product will be exchanged without argument or "quibble" - however, no refunds will be given if you just don't like what you have purchased as the descriptions of all goods for sale are accurate and you are welcome to "CONTACT" or email us if you want more information before purchasing. 5. Payment for all goods should be made by cheque made payable to "****". If you send cash, Crisium Music will not be responsible for loss or theft. 6. All goods are in stock. Cheque orders will be sent to customers after 5 working days after a cheque has been received (to allow it to clear).
